Warranty

Warranty cover is set per part, not across the whole catalogue. Where a part has one, the product page says how long it is, and your order keeps a record of it.

How long a warranty lasts

Each listing states its warranty period in months, or none. You see it on the product card and next to each condition on the product page — “12-month warranty”, for example. Where a part has no warranty, nothing is shown.

Quotes from our sourcing desk record a warranty period too, so a part we found for you on request carries the same record as one from the catalogue.

What is on your order

The warranty period is written onto your order line at the moment you buy. A later change to the listing does not shorten the cover you paid for.

Warranty and the inspection window are different things

  • The inspection window is the short period after delivery to report a part that is wrong, damaged or does not fit. Your money is still held while you do. See returns & refunds.
  • A warranty covers a part that fails later, within the period shown on its listing.

Making a claim

We are the seller on your invoice, so a warranty claim is made to us, never to a supplier. Contact support with your order number and a description and photos of the fault; a ticket under “Return or refund” is the quickest route. Our team takes it up with the supplier on your behalf.

The detailed claim terms — what evidence we ask for and how a fitted part is assessed — are still being finalised. This page will set them out once they are.

Used parts

Every used (Tokunbo) part is graded A, B or C when it is listed, and is inspected by us before delivery. Its warranty, if any, is the one shown on the listing, like any other part.
