Delivery & coverage
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Every order is tracked, and nothing is handed over without the code we send you.
Where and how fast
The delivery fee and the expected arrival depend on your address and on where the part is, so both are quoted at checkout, before you pay. The speeds we offer are:
- Same-day in the metros with same-day cover.
- Next-day within and near those metros.
- Standard, usually 2–5 days.
- Interstate, through our logistics partners.
Which of these reaches your address is shown when you set your location and again at checkout. A cart with parts from more than one place may arrive as more than one shipment; you see one order, one tracking page and one delivery total.
Who brings it
We choose how each order travels, based on its value, category, distance and the supplier.
- Our riders or a logistics partner collect the part from the supplier — through one of our hubs for a quality check where needed — and deliver it to you. This is how every used (Tokunbo) part and used bike travels, and the default for high-value items, new bikes, interstate orders and orders you asked us to fitment-check.
- The supplier's own rider, for low-value, low-risk items near an approved supplier. They carry our waybill, and they see only your first name, the address and a masked phone number.
Used parts and used bikes are always collected and inspected by us first: the condition, part number and photos are checked against the listing before anything is sent on to you. Complete bikes also go through a pre-delivery inspection.
Tracking
Your order page shows each step as it happens. While one of our riders is on the way, you can follow them on a live map.
Your delivery code
We send you a 6-digit code when your order is on its way. Give it to the rider only once the part is in your hands — entering it confirms delivery, which starts your inspection window. You can also confirm by tapping “Received” on the order page.
If you are not reachable, the rider records a photo and their location at your address as proof of delivery.
No cash, ever
Every order is paid into escrow before it leaves the supplier. Riders never collect money, and you should never pay a rider or a supplier directly — if anybody asks you to, tell support.
