How it works
Buying parts in Nigeria usually means trusting a stranger with a bank transfer. We built this platform so you do not have to.
- 1
You tell us the vehicle
Make, model, year — or just the VIN. Every part you then see carries a badge saying whether it fits, and who checked.
- 2
You buy from us, not a stranger
We are the seller on your invoice. You never negotiate with a supplier, chase a workshop, or wonder who has your money.
- 3
Your money sits in escrow
Payment goes to our escrow account, not the supplier. Card, transfer to a one-time account number, or USSD.
- 4
We source and check
Our sourcing desk assigns the supplier who can actually deliver — on stock, distance, price and track record. Used parts are collected and inspected by us first.
- 5
You confirm delivery
Give the rider your 6-digit code when the part is in your hands. That code is what starts the release of funds.
- 6
You have an inspection window
48 hours on new parts, 72 on used and refurbished parts. Raise an issue inside it and the funds are still with us, not the supplier.
Questions we get asked
- Who am I actually buying from?
- From us. We buy from a network of verified businesses and sell to you. That is why there is one invoice, one warranty conversation, and one place to complain.
- What if the part does not fit?
- Raise it inside the inspection window. If the fitment data was wrong, that is on us or the supplier — you get a full refund and we collect the part.
- Can I pay on delivery?
- No. Every order is paid into escrow before dispatch. It is what lets us guarantee the part and hold the supplier to account.
- How do you check suppliers?
- CAC registration, director identity checks, a corporate bank account in the registered name, and a physical visit to the shop by our team before a single listing goes live.
- Do you deliver outside Lagos?
- Yes — all 36 states and the FCT. Same-day in the main metros, interstate through our logistics partners.
